A “Little” about us… After spending more than 30 years in the fire apparatus industry, I “retired” and started a small business in my wood shop at our house. It started out more as a hobby making various pieces that up until then I had no time to devote to my love of woodworking. One thing lead to another and I eventually focused on lasering wood products. Over a fairly short period of time my wife Carol and I were in the craft business traveling to craft shows from as far east to Oklahoma west to San Diego and San Francisco. At the same time we were also making awards and gifts for the local the fire service, military bases and law enforcement agencies. As time went on we focused on the awards and gifts for the locals including some wholesale accounts for our Christmas ornaments and crosses. Because the custom nature of the awards and gifts required more time in the shop we decided to curtail our travels and to concentrate on the custom awards area. We rented a small kiosk in one of the malls near us in 2012. That 120 sq. ft. space eventually developed into a 1600 sq. ft. inline store in the same mall. About this time we brought on our Customer Appreciation Plaque line specifically designed for fire truck dealers and manufactures to present to their customers when they made final delivery of a new truck. We have sold these to a number of fire truck and ambulance manufactures and dealers and have shipped over 2,800 of these so far to destination on 5 continents. We continue grow our market.
